United StatesExcellent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room — it was great for our needs. And what were our needs? To experience Carnaval! And wow, did we ever! All the parades and street parties happened under our second story window…til 4 AM, haha! But we got the experience we were looking for, and this location couldn’t have been better.

The facilities are beautiful, cosy, and modern. Monica and Ricardo were very welcoming and approachable. They were always making sure we were happy or that we needed something else. Bed, comfortable and cosy. I loved that we had the fridge and the microwave. The location is a dream in a quiet neighbourhood. On our 2 nights, we rested, played, and had a lot of fun in the pool. We left a personal item behind in our room and the staff have kindly kept it safe in lost and found and are assisting with getting it shipped back to our home country. Very stylish guest house with a great host and friendly staff. The guest house was very clean and tidy, with lovely home made cake and tea / coffee on offer down stairs during the day which was lovely when returning after day exploring the town.
