However there are many other things to mention: spacious, convenient facilities, good equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. The location of apartment was good for us, all what we need is in a few steps around. And a friendly welcoming owner - as you already expect after all mentioned. Everything you can imagine at your home, you can find it there. Even a chess board, a desk for studying and a small library (with decent authors). Not to mention that it is in the very centre and still quiet.
