These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Nice and fresh, very cool design. Generous sized rooms, friendly staff. Location - as central as it can possibly be. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.
Comfortable bed, perfect temperature.
Nice design of the cabin, good breakfast. Very nice and personal staff.
An extra plus for providing hooks to hang the towels on!
Terrible service, didn't want to show us the room and force to collect additional payment for sheets. This is a lie and false advertising that this place is not a Boutique Hotel because when we show up it says Carlstadcity Hostal which is not what's been advertised here
the building is stunning, they have a large common kitchen and enough fridge and storage room for everyone’s food (all rooms have their own designated shelf). and above all the rooms are large, and no bunkbeds! I slept amazing in a 5 female dorm room, which could easily have been a 12 people dormitory. But I’m im so happy that this wasn’t the case, it leaves the grandeur of the rooms in tact, and bunkbeds would have change the atmosphere and quality of this hostel in an instant.
