30€ to use the spa even though staying only one night seems a little much…
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
The cottage was in a beautiful, country location, looking out over fields and the 2 horses of the owner. It was immaculate, and had everything you could possibly want or need. The owner is lovely, and gave us a warm welcome.
The location is nice, a quit spot in the wilderness. It is lovely to look at the deer while eating breakfast. The breakfast was really nice with game-meat and special sausages. We also got gluten-free bread as we asked for.
- Stunning, unique surroundings. The view of the lake and sauna and the sheep chilling around the small hills were absolutely adorable.
- Very cosy and lovely tents. We loved cooking over the fireplace and hanging out on the sheepskin and blanket on the small 'terrace'.
- The sauna was super easy to warm up and the dip in the lake was amazing.
It is private owned and the rooms are not standard but differently designed following different decades. This time we had a 1940’s design.
Excellent breakfast, all you need and not too many choices. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Lovely glamping experience. Glamping pod was very comfortable and clean. Beautiful surroundings.
Everything was thought through and little extra details were great.
Free bus use from the railway station to city center for train users and spontaneous help from the bus driver to point me out the shortest way to my hotel. Location in the center of the city + the ancient styling of the building and entrance hall. i had a room designed in style 1920's and found it great. Great match hotel & city.
WIFI failed, extra for towels, extra for breakfast, unfinished decoration, Bathroom was horrendous but clean. No cups or glasses, no sheets had to ask at reception. Very budget hostel but get it has a market ,will research more next time but a little effort and investment would see it up to current standards. I feel that although it was super economic it should not be recommended for regular travellers. Not being a snob but one star would be the most I'd rate this
