Surrounded by nature, this eco-friendly hotel is situated on the Gullmar Fjord. It provides free Wi-Fi, a private beach and large spa. Uddevalla and Lysekil are within 30 minutes’ drive.

Great breakfast for that price, the views are a big plus. The people working there should get a raise, very nice and helpfull!

View over the water from the room, powerful showers, clean toilets and room. Really friendly reception staff waiting to greet us (and ice creams available to buy in reception!) There is a restaurant opposite which serves fantastic meatballs and lovely ice creams. Kayak hire available nearby (the main reason we chose this place).

Quirky 'old school' type hotel which was so much more interesting than a lot of the sterile modern hotels. A gem of a find. Friendly, helpful staff and lovely breakfast that was well presented.

The proximity to the train station and the town centre We were given a different room when there were roadworks and street noise outside the original room. The lovely breakfast lady gave us a breakfast pack when we were leaving early even though we hadn’t requested one.

The property is in the perfect location as it is within a short walk into the centre of the town. Great facilities, plenty of space and a great base for sight seeing. Some lovely walks nearby too. As our visit was in February we encountered some snowy conditions, but I am sure that the location would be beautiful during Spring/Summer.

The location is lovely and quiet. The cleanliness of the facilities is exceptional. For a one night stay just the perfect place. The cottages are an affordable option for pitching a tent.
