Hotel was clean, looked clean and smelt clean.. everywhere! Food was amazing.. very quick at serving!!
Pool & spa were a bonus!
Lady at the bar was super lovely, could have a nice chat and she made us laugh and feel comfortable.. will definitely miss her! Her homemade Lemonade was the best!!
Would 100% recommend and will be retuning hopefully next year!

Communication was very good and all instruction about how to get to the building/flat was very clear. I liked the on-line check in/out system. No need to get taxis on arrival or leaving Mikulas. Train station serves all airports. Largish town location means good choice of services with great views of surrounding Tatras mountains.
