My daughter got hurt and the staff were extremely caring, not just at the time but afterwards too. They even sent sweet treats to make her happy. Karter at reception was so friendly and nothing was too much for him. The villa was stunning - very spacious, nicely designed and the private pool was great. The location is good - right on the beach and the Laguna felt very safe with kids. The tour guides were informative and arranged our tours with ease.
