The hotel is a little dated and needs a revamp in my opinion. The room was clean but the safe deposit didn’t work. Pre locked for me arriving. The staff were fantastic and really friendly. The dining area was nice and had a great view of the sea while having breakfast. Breakfast is a standard Thai one but was nice. The facilities i.e the pool and surrounding areas to sun bath were a really disappointment and really need sorted. I understand now why they offer you to go to their sister hotel for these. The location was advertised as 1.4km from Samui centre but I think they need get the measuring tape out again as I walked one day to Samui centre and it took 1 hour ( I regularly walk and can cover 3 miles in an hour no problem).
Spacious and luxurious accommodation, 20 minutes' walk from the main Chaweng Beach, is offered at The Sarann. Boasting an oceanfront infinity pool, it also has a pampering spa and free Wi-Fi.

We enjoyed our stay at the Saran. We had an ocean villa unit which was very spacious and was really relaxing going to sleep hearing the sea.

Really lovely accomodation! The view was the main selling point for us, the staff were so lovely and incredibly helpful. The only thing I would say is the hotel is very out dated like it’s stuck in the late 80s/90s but tbh we loved having the pool mostly to ourselves and it didn’t feel like it was to busy.
Located northwest of Koh Samui on the beachfront of Chaweng Beach, Buri Rasa Village offers an outdoor pool, spa and a hot tub. Rooms feature a private terrace and free Wi-Fi.

It was a small calm hotel which we really enjoyed. It was great that we always had available sunbeds even though we wake up late during the holidays even if we skipped some breakfast.

The location is quiet and beautiful. The staff is really nice and very helpful. I arrived at the hotel to a standard room. the room is beautiful and spacious but there was a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms. I asked to upgrade to a private villa, and for a fair price I moved to a very beautiful villa, where I had really quiet and private stay. I also enjoyed the private pool and excellent room service. You can order food to your room through an app. The spa is excellent. I had an excellent therapist, Tina, who I returned to several times.
Rocky's Resort located in Koh Samui provides a free shuttle service to Lamai Beach, twice daily. It offers 2 swimming pools and a spa, non-motorized watersport activities are available.

What a lovely stay we had! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to every need, making our experience even more enjoyable. The views were absolutely stunning, and the resort offered plenty of spots to relax and unwind. Booking spa treatments, making reservations, and accessing facilities was effortless through the app.
Breakfast: A fantastic selection of healthy options! The chef was flexible and happy to customize dishes to our preferences, with plenty of gluten- and dairy-free choices available.
We truly appreciate the Six Senses philosophy and will definitely be exploring more of their hotels in the future!

Staff were SUPERB, very friendly and helpful. Great location near to Fisherman’s Village BUT the hotel really needs a refurb - small details like corners of showers, marks and walls, old fit out, old light switches - I was uncomfortable when I arrived and thought about finding alternatives
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
My friend and I loved this unqiue boutique hotel on the hillside above popular beaches. Loved the pools, the comfy beds, big room, bathroom and huge porch, the chic open air bar and restaurant, the gardens, the ambiance, the breakfast and dinner, the delightful concierge welcome of Philippe, the owner and designer, and his staff. Outstanding service. This gem of a hotel is worth a visit to Koh Samui. Skip the beaches and just hang out at Baan Sawan!
Really lovely staff.
Decent breakfast.
We stayed in a private pool villa which had stunning views and really spacious with a separate lounge area and main living space with bedroom and big bathroom with a huge bath tub.
Beautiful beach a few steps away.
Really great area away from the busy chaweng but close enough to get there easily on a moped or by taxi at night.
Sunset was incredible. Sat on the sunbed by my private pool and watched the sun come up over the ocean, then climbed back into bed. Heavenly.
Stayed for one night in a suite and had dinner in the restaurant. The views here are amazing. The room was lovely and spacious, the decor was gorgeous and it was perfectly clean.
The resort is beautiful. We had a stunning holiday suite that was directly on the beach! the views were amazing and was arguably one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in at an incredibly affordable price! The resort also has a few private beaches which are clean and nice to relax on and are a great place to go snorkelling. The pool area was nice with an infinity pool and a regular pool which had plenty of sunbeds to relax on.
The restaurant also deserves a mention. I had the red snapper one night which was honestly exceptional.
The site is absolutely gorgeous, rooms are spotless, design is well thought.
The staff and the owner are very helpful and friendly.
A perfect get away from the crowd and busy areas . You can feel easily at home, it was heartbreaking to leave !
The territory of the hotel is pretty, I love the design of the pools, the stylish combination of trees and flowers, the view from our ocean view room was spectacular, and the same view was available from the bathroom, the room itself is quite spacious. We enjoyed the breakfasts, and SPA was really good.
