Very beautiful hotel in the center and very quiet at the same time. Breakfast is good. Only minus ➖ the windows of the room don’t open, at least on the second floor and AC is rather loud.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at! The design is so beautiful, the rooms were spotless clean, pool was perfect, breakfast delicious and the staff were exceptional - kind, informative and very professional. The complementary daily activity and temple walk was a really nice touch, and so was the care for sustainability! Could not recommend high enough!

A quiet oasis in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of the famous Chiang Mai walking street on a Sunday evening.
All is calm and hushed, and there’s an abundance of art and antiques scattered around the grounds. This extends to the rooms, with tall ceilings and interesting books on the desk to browse through. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough, and a good night’s sleep was further banished by nightly bites from mosquitoes in the room despite the hotel providing insect repellent. On closer inspection, there were gaps around the antique doors into the room so there was never any hope of keeping them out. It got to the point I was getting anxious about going to bed. There were also a lot of mosquitoes around the pool area.
Service is polite and accommodating, although occasionally difficult to find around the pool area. Service in the restaurant was equally good.
There’s a lot to like at Rachamankha, but the mosquito situation with the room would make me hesitate to return.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Such a beautiful hotel. the design, and the space, the green tea fields, the infinite amazing pool, all were so beautiful and special, and very relaxing. the spa rooms where the most beautiful I've seen. and of course the staff is very kind and professional. very much recommended!
The concept, the setup, the rooms and the animals (dogs, cat, goat, sheep, chicken) were simply amazing. The owners are very friendly and most necessities are within walking distance.
The design of the houses and the buildings were great and really provided a relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms were quite big and our room even had a bath tub.
Would definitely return again.
The location and facilities were great. We loved being a 30min hike away from the White Pagoda temple, being able to see the local town and eat local food was great. But we could also retreat back to our own rooms or to the pool if we wanted. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. Always ready to help with whatever request we asked. I loved the rooms - so clean and well designed. The food at the restaurant was great too! Their Khao Soi dish was delicious. Taxi from the hotel to the airport was 600THB.
The hotel is well designed and fits with the surrounding nature very well. View from the room and the swimming pool are exceptional. It is in a very quiet area with fresh air from the mountains. Staff were attentive and friendly.
Beautifully designed and integrated into the landscape. Perfect place to relax and to enjoy nature. The pool is very big and the view from the pool is spectacular.
