Set upon a hill in Koh Samui, Silavadee Pool Spa Resort enjoys a private beach and an outdoor infinity pool. Aside from free WiFi, it also has a free DVD library.

The location is quiet and beautiful. The staff is really nice and very helpful. I arrived at the hotel to a standard room. the room is beautiful and spacious but there was a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms. I asked to upgrade to a private villa, and for a fair price I moved to a very beautiful villa, where I had really quiet and private stay. I also enjoyed the private pool and excellent room service. You can order food to your room through an app. The spa is excellent. I had an excellent therapist, Tina, who I returned to several times.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was so very comfortable! Breakfast is a must, iced coffees and their french toast just delicious.

This boutique resort features contemporary Thai villas with living area, kitchen and a balcony overlooking Lamai Beach.

We stayed in a sea view pool villa and the property had the wow factor and was massive. The pool and deck area were large and it was spotlessly cleaned every day. The staff were very accommodating and we had breakfast delivered to the room twice to accommodate trips and there is a small charge of 200Tb but they delivered before the restaurant opened so this was very convenient. An English chap (sorry forgot his name) checked us in and was so welcoming and friendly it really felt like a home from home. Definitely recommend

Set on the serene shores of Lamai Beach, the newly renovated Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort, SHA Plus is an elegant colonial style resort located only 30 minutes from Koh Samui International airport...

It's a nice hotel but is not 5 star- probably lower end of a 4 star. Overall it was a nice trip but we did have some issues and the staff made no attempt to help. - room cleaning quite poor- requested clean sheets on multiple occasions but only after asking 3 times did they change them. Rubbish was never removed from the room unless piled on the floor. - we were working remotely European hours so needed to start work at 3pm. Room cleaning occurred at random times despite requesting staff members to do it before 3pm. - room is very hot and humid- the fan does not go lower than 20 degrees - room was not comfortable to work from (although I imagine this is not typically people's requirement) - we asked for an early check-in ahead of our arrival and were told they would see what they could do but they wouldn't guarentee anything. On arrival it was clear no attempt to let us check in earlier was ever made. - we had electricity failure but only affecting sockets not lights (not a power cut) where we couldn't charge or plug anything in - very unresponsive staff even through the app they make you download (asking for a simple request was asking for a mammoth task- very different to other 5* places in thailand) - had a balcony that looks out into a grey wall- were given a ground floor room and when asked if we could move to a higher floor, said they'd check and then never responded. When called back 2 more times, they eventually said they'd forgotten to reply but no other room was available.

the rooms were accommodated with all kinds of equipments from kitchen appliances to dryer. super clean and comfortable. the staff were well behaved and friendly. the restaurant was very expensive

Situated on a hill overlooking Lamai Bay, Varinda Resort is just 5 minutes’ walk from Lamai Beach. Boasting abundant greenery and colourful interiors, it features an outdoor infinity pool.

This place was absolutely not worth the price. I had originally booked a room the night before, only to have them cancel my reservation last minute without any communication. No explanation, no warning—just a cancellation, leaving me scrambling to find alternative accommodation. Since I wanted to stay close to the beach, I had no choice but to book something else last minute for that night. The next day, I still wanted to stay in this location, so I rebooked and managed to stay for one night. I quickly realized that it was way overpriced for what you actually get. The room was not clean at all, with dust, stains, and an overall neglected feel. The service was terrible, with staff who clearly didn’t care about guest experience. The only positive was the view, but honestly, that alone does not justify the price. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience—definitely not worth the money.

Excellent resort design of gardens and building. Plenty of space. Location is excellent in all respects. Say Yes to this resort and you will have a lovely time relaxing by the sea.

    Lovely big rooms. We got upgraded to the sea view room which had access straight to the pool. This made our stay we were very thankful. The aircon worked well the room stayed nice and cold The beach is gorgeous with loads of nice restaurants close by. The water was so clear and calm. We only ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was average but nice staff. Would recommend staying here for a nice budget hotel.

    I like the theme of the hotel. Very nice interior design. Staff are very helpful. Great pool area. There is also a bath tub on the balcony (don’t quite get the point, but hope you had a great show). I will definitely come back.

    Anyone who values ​​first-class service, authenticity and good vibes has come to this place! Every single employee at Outrigger Samui always has a smile on their face and tries to make your vacation as nice as possible. We had 10 great and relaxing days as a family, with very good food and lots of relaxation. The rooms are beautiful designed and are huge. We will definitely come back. 5 stars deserved !

    Lovely little boutique hotel in Koh Samui. Very friendly staff. Very stylish and beautiful rooms. Pool area is beautiful. Small and cozy hotel. Very luxurious. Good location. For breakfast You have to order from a set menu, You do not have a buffet. Has a beach just infront of the hotel. No other tourists there.
