This hotel is close to the airport and is on a quiet street. Noise was not an issue. Our room was large and clean. The bed was firm. YIPPIE! The pool was clean and in a beautiful setting. We had our evening meals there as it is a bit away from any major eateries. The food was good and tasty. We ate only Thai food. I do have food allergies, celiacs, and the staff was aware of what I could and couldn’t eat. What a treat! We did have to extend our stay as the airlines had lost my husband’s luggage and we needed to stay in Bangkok to try and resolve the problem. No luck😢 We were not able to get the same price as we had initially got from Booking, but the place was so nice we didn’t want to move. Yes I will come back here and stay again.

I decided to use this hotel as somewhere just to sleep and use for 10 hours before my 2am flight to DXB. I have to admit...I was very disappointed with the first room. The bathroom had an ant problem...the room itself situated on the 2nd floor over looking the pool was tired looking and was very hot, the pillow cases looked like they needed renewed, TV reception was poor. I went to the reception desk to get a room change. I was allowed to see two rooms both situated on the ground floor...again beside the pool. Both rooms were better, they didn't look so tired and they were cooler. I chose the second one then I noticed there's a kettle, cups but no coffee or tea.. I then decided to sunbathe for an hour, showered which worked a treat and got my head down. I had a pretty decent sleep.. When it was time to checkout the receptionist phoned for a taxi...1,20 Baht was the taxi fare. I didn't have a look around the hotel premises...there was a garden area. A restaurant area. Final thoughts. The staff are great. The hotel needs money spent on certain things. An impact manager is probably needed. It's certainly not a 4 star hotel as stated...but it has the chance of being a 4 star hotel if the owner/owners invest. Would I stay here again?. Yes, I probably would.

Great studio. Cool shower and tub. Balcony was larger than average overlooking the 'river and trees' garden. Breakfast buffet was really good with museli and omelette-poached eggs bar. Great pool for lap swimming.
