The resort is very comfortable, with well designed rooms and comfortable beds. The pool is small but cute and the sitting areas in the pool and lounge are lovely. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is right beside the walking street, so very easy access to all the other restaurants in town. Staff were very friendly and skilled. I got assistance to help surprise my girlfriend for her birthday from reception by organising some flowers to come to our room in the morning. And they even gave us some free drinks and cheesecake! The shuttle service was fantastic. 5 stars all round for a good price. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It is absolutely stunning. The architecture and design of the rooms are gorgeous and have incredible attention to detail. The pools, restaurant and general property are beautiful. The service is outstanding and the food is incredible. Breakfast alone is an extravagant feast - and they have an extensive menu that goes far beyond that. Highly, highly recommend this hotel. Exceptional pool area and my favourite part was the lovely owner, she is so friendly and welcoming. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and comfortable.
