United KingdomI had an exceptional experience at this hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, with all the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive, especially in the restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I loved the complimentary mini bar in our room, which was replenished daily.
The food was absolutely delicious, offering a fantastic variety, and the desserts were a highlight of our meals. We also indulged in a massage during our stay, which was a wonderful experience.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mustafa from the restaurant staff. He was particularly thoughtful when my wife, who is afraid of cats, felt uneasy whenever one approached her. He kindly took the cat away, which really helped her feel more at ease.
Overall, everything about our stay was amazing, and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable!
