In the beginning when I asked the reception team about any restaurant opened after 11 pm and is near to the hotel, they didn't know and when I checked the Google I found one just 4 min walking Secondly in check out, their manager gave me 10 min (not politely) to check out otherwise they will count another night to pay for.

The staff tried to provide a good level of service, although disorganized, in a hotel that is in a bad shape. There was one man who seemed to be doing all the work, from plumbing to housekeeping. The dining staff were polite and efficient. The receptionist was polite, but seemed to be trying to cover for the shortfall (or scam?) of the hotel.
