The location is great for experiencing the hot air balloons. The staff were friendly and arranged transfers from/to the airport. The room was large and clean. There is a supermarket, restaurants, and shops nearby.

The hotel is located in the heart of Göreme city. All the must-visit locations in Cappadocia are very close and easily accessible. Mr. Omar helped us book the much-awaited hot air balloon trip, and they arranged everything perfectly for an amazing experience. The breakfast was amazing, I can still remember the live omelet prepared by the lady chef. The hotel also offers free parking, which was very convenient. In short, we enjoyed every second of our stay at Panoramic Cave Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cave hotel—such a unique and memorable experience! The rooms were beautifully carved into the rock, clean, and full of character. The natural cave textures are beautifully preserved, and the environment is both cozy and peaceful. The owner was incredibly kind, helping me arrange a hot air balloon ride and assisting with everything we needed. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. All of this made my stay in Cappadocia truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this place, and if I ever return, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
