United KingdomThe rooms were very well equipped (Dyson hairdryer, hair straightener on request, clothes steamer…). The morning free coffee and pastries in the reception area, and the free drinks and nibbles late afternoon, were very much appreciated. The location very close to two metro lines was convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are dark and old, but they are clean. The Wi-Fi works well, they provide basic toiletries, there's a desk to use one's laptop. Staff was kind and helpful, and I liked the cosy design of the hotel. The mattress is quite firm to Western European standards but the bed was comfortable. We loved the design, the public area library (even a great selection of books), the room, very helpful and nice staff. Guests could borrow vinyls from the reception to play in their rooms. All the details are so aligned and stylish. Location is great too-- a few min of walk for sightseeing and food. Breakfast is amazing.
