Location: just a short walk to Sportyvna metro station. Elegantly decorated and spotless clean room and bathroom, hot water, and heating in winter. Some christmas decorations and lights in the hotel lobby cheered up a bit (remember it is all during the wartime!). Daily room cleaning was there, too. The receptionist was helping enough.

Everything was perfectly fine. There’s a self check-in option and the contact with the personnel was very smooth. The hotel is perfectly located, the room was very clean and it had all I needed. I’d definitely stay there again!

    Very comfortable medium-sized room with a modern loft design. Friendly personnel at reception (they have printed all materials I requested), just as the kitchen lady who serves breakfast. Breakfast is not so big, but there is still a choice of dishes. A perfect option to have a fresh water, tea and coffee 24h at the kitchen/reception.

    The location is perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and all kinds of stores and restaurants. Since it was so convenient, I even had a haircut at a nearby barbershop. The apartment is very spacious and spotless. Even the bathroom is big enough to have a party. The design of the apartment is elegant. The host is amiable and responsive. Any question is answered in seconds or minutes.
