This hotel was really nice. Great decorations in the lobby and rooms, and I really liked the interesting room layout, with the bed's headboard up against the wall dividing the bedroom and bathroom, and the bed facing out toward the windows. It was definitely different than your standard hotel room! Everything felt modern and stylish. The bed was also really comfortable, the curtains kept the room sufficiently dark, and the shower had good water pressure. I liked that there was a little food pantry area in the lobby where you could buy snacks or cold breakfast (cereal/oatmeal), since the hotel's hot breakfast was not included in the rate. The bar and pool area also looked really nice, though we didn't take advantage of either. It was nice to not have to pay for parking, and we never had any issue with finding a space. The hotel is located right on the freeway so it's not like it is in a scenic location with anything you can walk to, but it is directly across the freeway from The Shops at Legacy, so it is a less than 5-minute drive to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. I don't often have reason to visit Dallas but if I were to ever again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

    The staff were friendly, polite, and willing to go that extra mile. I felt at home knowing they were there to help and didn't make me feel I was bothering them, unlike many other hotels I've stayed in. There was even a swimming pool which I wasn't expecting. And I loved the ground coffee machine which was simple to use. The beds and pillows were so comfortable - even beats some 5 star hotels I've stayed at.

    Ezben, is not only just a friendly staff member, but it also seems like he's the only one wearing the company uniform and showing his pride in working with Hampton. Great dedication!     The location has multiple choices of shopping and restaurants. It was exciting. The breakfast is great. The rooms are roomy and neat. Great place for a family stay. Loved the simplicity and the kind staff. We stayed for 6 nights, and it is something we would recommend to others and want to do it again. I am in fact an architect and have designed hotels and the room size is unbeatable. The fact that they have self-service laundry makes staying with kids easier.
