Fast, welcoming check-in, recognized as frequent guest by doorman (Showtime) and front desk (Xavier). Received 2 water bottles when offered. First time in an accessible room at this hotel. Appreciated the grab bars and walk-in shower. Nice view, comfortable bed. Good lighting. Relatively quiet given proximity to car traffic. Great location for access to Studebaker Theater, Auditorium, Symphony Center, Harold Washington Library, public transportation. Look forward to future stays already booked.

Exceptional staff very friendlyand always there when we had a question. The room was clean, and had an excellent view. The hotel was in a good location.

We flew into O’Hare and had an early train to catch the next morning. It was easy to get to from the airport and a short walk to the train station.

The staff were outstanding. The rooms are a nice size and layout. You have room to exist, and don’t feel crammed in to room. Can’t say enough how happy we were with the bed. It was very comfortable. Love the old charm, the fantastic location, and parking lot for our car.
