She was quick to get us 2 out of the 4 rooms 2 hours ahead of check in and gave us directions for a local restaurant that served beef on weck! I accidently left something in the fridge and even though had already checked out, she was able to get me a temporary key to get back in. She rates 5 out of 5 stars with my family!
