Very quiet, cozy, and great location. Breakfast is delicious and healthy. I particularly appreciate the fact that there they try to avoid waste (of food and plastics), by ordering your breakfast upfront and serving everything fresh. With all the details and decorations, you can see the Love and dedication to maintain the entire place.

The building and the garden are gorgeous, each room is decorated after a fantasy saga (Harry Potter, LOTR, etc) and the breakfast is made fresh to order. It’s a wonderful choice for a special getaway.

The location was great. The room has a kitchen and washing facilities which was very handy. It had a lovely outdoor area for some fresh air. The room was spacious and quiet. We were able to store our bags as we arrived early and we were able to have a later check out.

Perfect location: Adjacent to campus, walking distance to restaurants, theatres, the weekend arts market, etc. Lovely host made us feel right at home and offered helpful directions when asked. Very nice breakfast options. spacious and well equipped room. Coffee, tea, snacks and home made baked goods available at any hour.

Clean hotel, spacious room, very friendly staff. Fridge and microwave in rooms come in handy. Design is a bit old school, but not at all bad. If you don't arrive by car, you can take the local bus just 5 mins from the hotel, runs every 15 min.

Fantastic location, lovely staff, the lobby is like a huge informal lounge with a long table you can hang out at, get coffee work or hang out. Had an executive king which was really nice. The extra room for a couple of wingback chairs and a table made it feel like a mini lounge. Great view from 11th floor.

Great location relative to downtown, campus, and transit center. Some street noise, but nothing that kept us up. Would stay again if budget allows.
