It is not the newest property but everything seemed perfectly fresh, nothing was particularly tired - except for the AC unit. The lady managing the breakfast was such a lovely person, really brightened up the room. Breakfast was more than what many Inns and Motels usually offer. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Ashland.
