Rooms refreshed. Bathtub and enclosure good design, shelf in shower, ample counter. Mattress comfortable. Closet, luggage rack, flat spaces ample. Staff little interaction. Did not use most amenities- pool, fitness, office, breakfast.

Staff was friendly, quick and efficient at check in. Lobby looked lovely, decked out for Christmas. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable.

I loved the room design and that it had a walk in shower instead of a tub.

It was a quick, overnight stay on may way back from Florida. It seems that the hotel is popular, the parking was almost full. Upon my arrival I saw a family coming back from the swimming pool (I didn't check the pool, but the family looked happy). The room was not very large, but I liked its design - it felt very European, almost Scandinavian and it didn't have that typical, sad vibe of hotels close by the highways. The best part was the price - comparing to similar places in Florida it was almost three time cheaper and much nicer.

Meager at best. Ran out of waffle mix. No eggs. No bacon or sausage. No hot cereal. I had the last fruit cup. Just Meager. The room was designated NON-SMOKING but smelled of tobacco smoke. There appeared to be a cigarette burn in the bed cover. I went back out to the front desk and told the guy at the desk. He apologized and said he was aware and I would not be accountable for it.

The room was lovely and the beds were comfortable. We had to call down for a tv remote.

I like the design and decor but not appreciate the staff dress code, a bunch of old person who looked over worked and irritated being there
