This is probably my 10th stay at this hotel. The area is quiet and feels safe, yet close to ample locations. The room is spacious and clean, the shower is very nice, and plenty of counter space in the bathroom. There is a fridge which is a plus! I like that you can log into Netflix on the tv. The stay was quiet and lovely.

We’ve stayed there before and this was probably the worst room we’ve ever been given. The dresser drawers didn’t stay closed. The door of the dresser where the refrigerator was located was hanging off the hinge. The shower never completely converted. Half water was coming from the bath spout. The shower curtain was too short. It was a bit disappointing for a Hilton property.

Not as clean as I’d like. The towels had long dark hairs on them. The shower was visibly dirty. The bathroom light/fan sounded like a motorcycle. The toilet ran every 10 minutes. Breakfast didn’t have decaf coffee, eggs, or meat. Only one type of milk and one type of fruit. And there were pee soaked sheets outside my room from my neighbors kids for more than a day. And to top it all off, maintenance was knocking on my door at 10:20 when checkout isn’t until 11.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Minneapolis theater district. Great dining/coffee/bar options. Reasonably priced offsite city parking garage is conveniently located next to the hotel on Hennepin Ave. Parking for check-in is on 9th Ave. 3/4 mile walk to the river where you can access the riverfront walks. Rooms are very comfortable and the hotel architecture is interesting and hip.

We had an accessible room with a bathtub. It was spacious and comfortable. We liked the breakfast because it was more than just refined carbs. There was lovely fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage among other things.
