This hotel is what we British would call quaint and that was the beauty of it. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The amenities were great, coffee/tea and water available morning and evening. We ate breakfast in their restaurant which was excellent and we spent time in the bar and listened to the singer, thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment. Staff are absolutely lovely, the hotel is so cosy, historic and beautiful - with possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Rooms are amazing, spotless, comfy, quaint n amazing attention to detail, lovely lil fridge n microwave which is very useful. Previous cafe out front has now closed but other food options nearby, my faves being a & w, boulder City brewing and Cornish pasty. The place is a gorgeous 1930’s built classic hotel with much of the style still intact.
