Stayed here with a friend and the place was perfectly located, had all the amenities we needed and the size was great. The front desk staff were super kind and helpful too! If I ever come back to NYC, I'll definitely stay here again

No safe in room, poor closing shower door, no toiletries replaced at times.
Drugs used outside entrance to hotel and offered in hotel in seating area near hotel bar.
Some staff appear uninterested in what's going on.

Love the location and style of the place.
Unfortunately the rooftop area was closed due to refurbishment works so we missed on the great views that the hotel could have offered.

Very friendly staff and good location.
But my room and the hotel was rather smelly. My room smelled heavily of dope, smoke and sweat.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Beautiful boutique hotel tucked away in a semi-industrial area of Greenpoint, but the location is second to none. 15 min walk to the bustling corner of Manhattan and Norman where there are multiple subway stops to get you wherever you want around this incredible city. Rooms were clean, staff were lovely. Nothing else to say but fantastic, particularly for the price compared to other places in New York.
A proper boutique hotel. Beautiful design with industrial-chic decor and a lovely staff to welcoming you. Spacious room. We were impressed by the minibar. Excellent toiletries (which made me booking the hotel..the devil is in the details 😄). The view from the bar Blondeau was literally over-the-top (although the cocktails could be better).
Good location to visit Williamsburg, less than 10 min walking from the subway (direct connection to Manhattan).
Fabulous interior design throughout the hotel, very friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, rooms are a little small (to be expected in NYC) but the bed was really comfy and the bathroom had a lovely shower
The hotel is an old textile factory, the interior design is really high end - we loved it. The views from the communal terraces are stunning especially at night. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room ample and the proper coffee maker in the room was a real treat
