The staff was very knowledgeable on how to get around the area, we used the train to get back and forth from the key bank center. The coffee cafe was also lovely and the food and coffee were great. Bathroom design is a bit unusual, but still works. The room was nice and quiet. There is a shuttle to and from the airport, which we needed as we were without a car and arrived on a late night flight.
