United StatesThe staff was friendly, and the location was good. However, there were a few things that negatively affected our stay. The room was noisy, we could hear people walking in the hallway, doors opening and closing loudly, voices, and even the TV from the neighboring room. The pillows were uncomfortable - I ended up sleeping without them the first night. The water pressure in the shower was very low, which made it difficult to rinse shampoo from my hair. Also, there were no slippers provided in the room, which was a bit disappointing.
