Uncomfortable bedding (not breathable). Hot when covered , cold without. Phone was broken so not able to contact front desk, restaurant, our friends in the other room. Key card wouldn’t work for parking garage entry/re-entry. Breakfast voucher system is confusing. $25 value but not really - could only choose 1 food item and 1 drink. Then they didn’t even remove the charge and it still showed up and I had to go in person to speak to the manager and the hotel person at checkout.

Decided on a whim to celebrate a birthday in San Diego, in the airport lounge on the way down there, especially the Gaslamp Quarter. We booked an hour before we arrived. Our stay was fun! Our room overlooked the pool area where the party was happening. The hotel is within walking distance to everything in the Gaslamp, and transportation to anywhere in the San Diego area from there is 15-30 minutes away. The hotel vibe is definitely fun!
