The hotel was SO clean. The rates were amazing. The front desk staff was kind and friendly and not stiff or rude like most places. The pool was clean and even the water pressure in the shower was excellent!! They had a wonderful spread of real food for breakfast (not just instant oatmeal!) and we were so glad we stayed.

These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Due to the cleanliness of the hotel we did not stop for breakfast. The location was good for places to eat and drink. Madison, at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful.
City view was lovely but obscured by extremely dirty windows and due to traffic noise (which cannot be helped) we were unable to leave them open.
New and clean, stylish facility with friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location just across the river from downtown Cincinnati. Free parking in garage. Decent price.
The hotel is stylish and fun. As a fan of architecture, I enjoyed the soaring atrium and many spaces to hang out. Being a renovated department store gives it a cool vibe. The room was huge. I liked the eggplant walls, minibar was delightful and bed excellent. The room was quiet and I slept well. The staff is welcoming and very helpful.
The rooms are very nice, and the building design is interesting. The view of the skyline is impossible to beat, and the location allows you to walk to anywhere in Covington and downtown Cincinnati in a few short minutes.
