It is in a normally quiet neighborhood. And you have designated parking. The breakfast food was excellent - fresh fruit, beautiful dairy and bread products. Choice of cereals and an array of coffee or tea to choose from. We had stayed in budget hotels prior to this on our trip. This was slightly more expensive but massive value for money.
