We loved the room was on the 8th floor and was on the race track side so we could see the horses run around the track for warm up.. had a good time at the casino.

Needed a stop for our journey from New York State to Virginia and this was a best choice.. We can always depend on the clean rooms free parking & breakfast included in a stay at the Holiday Inn Express.. It was just an overnight stay but everything was good and as we expected

    The room was basic, but clean and everything worked. The staff were really lovely, especially the male reception worker - he was super friendly and helpful all weekend, and really was the reason the stay was great.

    Bally's Dover feels luxurious. The surroundings are stunning, clean, and well maintained. It felt safe, too. The staff (from the restroom attendants, bartenders, cashiers, parking attendants, security, check-in staff) are very friendly, helpful, and overall awesome!

    can not think of one thing that I liked. From the time I checked in till I checked out I did not have a good feeling about staying there. I think the only thing that did what it was designed for was the PTAC unit. it ran and was quiet.
