New ZealandLove the staff at the check in. We were a bit early but nothing was a problem. Great friend welcome . Staff at front desk always ready for a chat . We do hope the duck that hangs around the front gets reunited with his mate who got injured and had to go to the animal services . The staff have been looking after the other one until its mate returns . Warm hearted felt story . Great story for the hotel . Especially since the hotel is aviation themed . We were guests that purpose for travel was to see the booting factory.
