NetherlandsAllison Paoli is wonderful! She is humble, warm heart and a real example of a manager who care for the customers, and the staffs.
When we were there, there was a tornadoes and flood, the food truck could not make in time and her staffs could not be on time for the breakfast. She was there for customers making breakfast and did the work of the entire food & beverage team.
She works hard and she can cook delicious food.
She really make a positive difference and put a smile on our faces.

The staff were some of the friendliest I've seen. Particularly a gentleman who was on the desk quite late at night. Our flight was delayed so we checked in around 1am. The property was nicer than I expected having previously stayed in a holiday in. And only a few ££ more expensive than some of the budget motels nearby.
