It was under construction and the furniture in the room was all mismatched like they were scrounging for something to put in it. The noise from the street below sounded like they were driving through our room. Its sad I had to pay full price for this room. Was going to stay 2 nights but opted to go somewhere else for the second night.

The website stated breakfast was included. It was not. For the price we paid, it should have been.

from the outside and the location, the property was great. The staff was amazing. However, the unit for the price did not compare. The unit was dirty and even had old stains on the comforter which looked to be old blood stains. It was very uncomfortable and disgusting once I noticed it which I did not notice until our last night .
Convenient to area attractions, including Arizona State University, this all-suite hotel provides state-of-the-art in-room amenities, including flat-screen TVs.

They had the best breakfast that is free when you stay there. A+
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
The room was large, very clean and on the top floor overlooking the pool which was lovely. The pool was excellent and the staff friendly. Great to have a separate lounge area.
Friendly, helpful staff. King room was well designed with a desk, microwave, mini-fridge (no freezer) and coffee maker in one area, big sofa and TV in another, and bed area behind a frosted glass privacy partition. Lots of tidy nooks to stow belongings. Window shades were great - with a choice of room darkening shade or privacy shade that let in some light. Terrific breakfast choices including scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, oatmeal, and fresh fruit.
Airy yet cozy with good design and lots of amenities. They supplied everything you could imagine. The beds and pillows were great. There is covered parking. There are lots of nice trees on the condo property.
