Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hamburg by IHG is located in Hamburg, 5.1 miles from New Era Field and 5.2 miles from McKinley Mall.

Luckily there was a room available last minute while I was showing at the hamburger fairgrounds. It was fairly clean, and there was personal touches ( free cookies, water bottles, soup). The pool area was heated but the water was ice cold… could not swim. There seems to be very little staff working at all times. There was a man drinking out of a crown royal bottle and vaping in the pool, I also had to call down for a man pacing in the hallway and putting his ear up to room doors (he did turn out to be a guest) the manager was very reassuring when I called.

We LOVE this hotel. Have stayed here a number of times. This past stay was the best. Our room was amazing! The bed was so comfy!!!! The location is perfect if you are going to Keybank Arena!!!

    Swimming pool and Gym were closed at 9:30 pm! It will be god to have a microwave in the room. Refrigerators, TV, and coffee machines were good facilities. The room looked dull, however, may be because of the interior design.

    easy parking at room, good breakfast room (even for a poor breakfast, see below), courteous staff and a good room, nice and quiet, none of that perfume (cleaning agent) smell you get in some budget places. Room decor and fabrics a little drab..
