Shower was dirt. The body wash was empty. After calling to ask for more a security guard, used a key and opened my room door. This was very upsetting yet very frightening and made me uncomfortable for the remaining of my stay. I had to leave that same night.

Shade® Hotel in the heart of downtown Manhattan Beach offers a unique, luxury experience.

Overall stay was good. Room was a nice size but bath tub in room a little strange. Wish they would get rid of the blue and red lights around room. Makes it feel like a night club Also, please no more plastic water bottles- replace with glass or aluminum
