I love this hotel because of its excellent location and the outstanding service provided by the manager. As a regular customer, I truly appreciate their hospitality and attentiveness. They have always been willing to assist with any issues I’ve had, especially accommodating my back issues by ensuring a suitable bed. Additionally, they go the extra mile by offering me a free upgrade whenever available, which makes my stays even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Good shuttle bus service between hotel and airport (between certain times). Room very comfortable and clean and check in/out staff efficient and friendly. Continental breakfast selection good and they also had tea which was a bonus.

This property has a brilliant location, is a 3 minute walk to the beach, bus stops outside the hotel, the lobby has a dinning area with 24 hr access to filtered water, ice, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a microwave. The hotel provides daily breakfast, and I requested a jug for my room. A couple of times I left before breakfast was open and the lovely reception staff organised an early breakfast take away. Thank you Rachel, Quintin, Cory, Roger and Princess for your assistance. Reception is staffed 24/7, all of the staff are incredibly helpful.

My wife and I enjoyed every moment we spent at the Royal Hawaiian. The location is excellent, with a plus for the beach accessible by guests. Staff are all very competent and super polite. We will keep great memories of this resort.

Staff are lovely and location perfect. Royal Gardens is walking distance to everywhere! No need to take the Trolley to Ala Moana - it’s a 25m walk to the centre - from your door to Macy’s. It’s 10 minutes in the other direction to the best Poke Bar at Waikiki Beach Walk and an easy 15 minutes to Ross Dress For Less at Seaside Ave. All the buses stop on Kuhio only 200m away to take you to Diamond Head or Bishops Museum or Arizona Memorial or Ala Moana. Perfect!
