Located on the southern tip of Kauai Island, Koloa Landing At Poipu Beach features 2 resort-style pools and a state-of-the-art fitness centre.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Koloa Landing Resort! The villa was spotless, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed — truly a home away from home. The rooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious, and the large balcony was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond, being super attentive and even surprising us with a thoughtful gift for our 10-year wedding anniversary. These personal touches made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return!

The property itself is beautiful and the views are stunning. Having 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us, and everyone felt like they had their own space. Laundry facilities were good and Vacasa provided laundry pods, basic cleaning supplies and some very nice welcome snacks too. Also lots of family friendly places to eat nearby, and an easy drive to the NaPali Coast boat tours.

This property is part of a large resort set in beautiful tropical gardens right on the beachfront. It is across the road from a small shopping centre which has a few restaurants, a grocery store and a few clothing stores. The rooms are large and well appointed and the deck has lovely views over the garden. The outdoor bbq's were immaculate and the sun loungers provided were very handy.

Location, location, location. Loved that the back was right there. The pool/restaurant across the road was lovely as well.

The Moir garden. Property if 35 acres was lovely. My location was loud. Cars on the main road and screeching in the lot. In addition the neighbors above woke me every day at 4-5 am with so much stomping and it continued throughout the entire day each day. That was a nightmare.

Beautiful landscaping/gardens. AC not available but open air design allows winds to provide natural cooling. Plenty of floor fans available Enjoyed hearing the many bird species singing/chirping. Cheerful/helpful employees.

The setting and grounds of Kiahuna Plantation were great! The beach was perfect for sunbathing, playing in the waves, swimming and learning the surf. The sunsets were gorgeous. Our apartment was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The apartment had a lot of extra things that made our stay better e.g body boards, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, cold bag. The Poipu Beach Club was a great additional benefit, with a lovely pool, gym, tennis courts and games.
