Very comfortable (except the hard sofa). Wonderful kitchen, bedrooms, baths and comfy beds. All hotel staff, including housekeeping, were pleasant and competent. All staff frequently greeted us with Aloha or Mahalo upon meeting. My wife really liked the swimming pool and did her daily walking therapy there.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
The property itself is beautiful and the views are stunning. Having 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us, and everyone felt like they had their own space. Laundry facilities were good and Vacasa provided laundry pods, basic cleaning supplies and some very nice welcome snacks too. Also lots of family friendly places to eat nearby, and an easy drive to the NaPali Coast boat tours.
This property is part of a large resort set in beautiful tropical gardens right on the beachfront. It is across the road from a small shopping centre which has a few restaurants, a grocery store and a few clothing stores. The rooms are large and well appointed and the deck has lovely views over the garden. The outdoor bbq's were immaculate and the sun loungers provided were very handy.
The Moir garden. Property if 35 acres was lovely. My location was loud. Cars on the main road and screeching in the lot. In addition the neighbors above woke me every day at 4-5 am with so much stomping and it continued throughout the entire day each day. That was a nightmare.
Beautiful landscaping/gardens. AC not available but open air design allows winds to provide natural cooling. Plenty of floor fans available Enjoyed hearing the many bird species singing/chirping. Cheerful/helpful employees.
Loved it!! This was our third time staying at Koʻa Kea and it didn't disappoint. Lovely boutique resort, friendly staff, delicious food and easy access to the ocean!
The setting and grounds of Kiahuna Plantation were great! The beach was perfect for sunbathing, playing in the waves, swimming and learning the surf. The sunsets were gorgeous.
Our apartment was well appointed and the bed was comfortable.
The apartment had a lot of extra things that made our stay better e.g body boards, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, cold bag.
The Poipu Beach Club was a great additional benefit, with a lovely pool, gym, tennis courts and games.
