Staff, John, Amanda and Chuck were amazing. Very professional and offered advice about where to eat. Loved being in a historic house. Everything we went to was in walking distance (The Egg and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again for the next show at the Egg.

These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Location, ease of using shuttle, friendliness of shuttle drivers, hotel staff, and housekeepers, the color and design of the rooms, the comfortable mattress, temperature control, quality of breakfast food, availability of snacks and drinks. Oh, and the walking path!
I liked everything! Check-in was quick a day easy, my room was already cool when I arrived, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, there were Dove products in the bathroom, and the towels were lovely and soft. Breakfast was good, and the area was spotlessly clean and well stocked. It was an excellent two day stay and I would gladly stay there again.
Our stay here was unplanned but turned out to be a surprising treat! Loved the boutique feel to the hotel with its bit of old world charm. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and cheerful. We were fortunate enough to get a renovated room which not only was modern and clean, but exceptionally well thought out. We really appreciated a breakfast that was more than cheap carbs. If staying anywhere to Albany, NY, this place is well worth the stop!
the hotel is an old building with lovely period features. the breakfast was very good, with fruit, including fresh strawberries and blueberries, yogurt, English muffins, eggs, etc. good coffee.
It is fair that the budget is good however there is no lift so you will need to carry all luggages to upstairs. It should mentioned from booking.com
The staff was friendly and helpful.
