I liked how accommodating the staff were. I enjoyed my stay, it was my first time outside the Philippines. I feel very welcomed in the property. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the soundproofing could be better, as I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Despite that, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again.

The beds were very comfy so even with a family of four sharing a room, we all got great nights of sleep. It was quiet at night despite the huge size of hotel. The children very much enjoyed the pool. Morsels little shop was great and the little shop sold international stamps, along with many other useful items. We used the metro to travel around so the location very close to the station was perfect.
