Great hotel in the heart of downtown Minneapolis theater district. Great dining/coffee/bar options. Reasonably priced offsite city parking garage is conveniently located next to the hotel on Hennepin Ave. Parking for check-in is on 9th Ave. 3/4 mile walk to the river where you can access the riverfront walks. Rooms are very comfortable and the hotel architecture is interesting and hip.

Just didn’t like parking across the street and carrying our luggage across but we could have unloaded first - there just were already 3 cars in the unloading zone so there wasn’t room. Everything else was excellent

I stayed for three nights. The apartments are cozy and comfortable; the main lobby has an excellent interior design. The location is convenient for getting to downtown. Also, there is a direct metro line to the airport with a station close to the apartments.
Free surface parking, beautiful and welcoming lobby & staff, compact but clean and well-designed rooms. Good location fairly close to downtown Minneapolis.
Location is perfect if you need to do anything around campus.
It's clean and people working there are great.
It has a good vibe since the kids are acually studying there in the hall and the design is cool.
The room wasn't huge, but it was comfortably designed. The bathroom is nice, with a large and pleasant shower. The location is convenient, and was perfect for my meetings in the IDS.
The room was fantastic, great design, very good bed, variable illumination, functional bathroom with amentities.
Greta location downtown with many restaurant options, theater
I stayed for one night and really enjoyed this place. everything was clean and my room was perfect ! I had a TV and even my own closet what I’m not used to. I shared the bathroom with other guests but it didn’t bother me a bit. the house itself is beautiful and with the interior design I was feeling very comfortable. check in was also easy and the host Stefan was making sure I was feeling comfortable the whole time.
I loved the funky design of the rooms, and the bed was super comfy. The hotel is in a great location for people visiting the Uni or needing to catch public transport somewhere else.
