Ice was left in a frozen glob in the freezer. There was no ice tray, ice was just frozen to freezer floor.
Shower head needs replaced/repaired.
Bed was different than advertised.

Close to Niagara Falls and goat island. Bed was very comfortable. A bit noisy from outside gate alarms and plumbing, exposed pipes tend to be a bit louder in the room.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Breakfast was hot and delicious in a clean crowded dining room. Wi-fi was good. Parking was secure, but narrow spot between other vehicles. The scenic view from the 19th floor was amazing. The architecture of this beautiful designed precursor to the Empire State Building was awesome. A very well maintained common areas was inviting.
Location was good. The layout out of the breakfast area needs a redesign. Not enough room for everyone to get food. There needs to be different food stations. Staff was not friendly. At 10 minutes till 10:00 we arrived at the breakfast area and after getting our food and sitting down to eat a staff member stood behind us with his arms crossed (bullying)wanting us to hurry and finish eating. My husband asked him if wanted to have a seat with us . He just walked away.
Location could not have been better - short walking distance from the Falls. Modern, newly built hotel. Kind staff member helping out with a design shortcoming that could otherwise ruin your stay (constantly on mirror light)
Walking distance (up to 30 minutes) to every major sight - cave of the winds, maid of the mist, niagara falls, niagara trails and park. Good buffet breakfast (also it would be nice to add some vegetables). We also enjoyed complimentary coffee. Rooms and common areas are nicely designed.
I want to say a few good words, the hotel is pretty new and located in a nice quiet place, even if on a map it looks like near the freeway. Clean lobby, a large parking lot, a good breakfast, and nice guys at reception. The rooms look pretty modern and well-designed, and the shower is great, no complaints.
Room was very big with some really outdated stuff but the whole room look okay. We loved the huge windows with ther view. We did not have problem getting the elevator as they are on card only so kids cannot play there. We loved the design of the lobby.
