It was a nice place to visit with it being very friendly as well. I was given answers to all my questions without them sounding annoyed or rushed to move me along. The only issue I had was my room was locked out but it was quickly resolved with the help of the staff.

Everything was so clean, room was great, and the view was amazing
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
The room was minimalist, clean and bright. Great city view. Loved the room key access to your designated floor. Made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. The continental breakfast was the usual.
Extremely reasonable prices. Very friendly and accomodating staff and attentive and kind housekeepers. The second we walked into the room you can smell how fresh and clean it was and the housekeeper cleaned everyday while we were out and about. It was close to public transport to get to many shopping centres and was close enough to many delicious restaurants and eateries to make ordering Uber Eats affordable
The interior design of the hotel was beautiful! It was an awesome experience! I will say that there wasn't a City view but everything else made up for that!! Good breakfast bar was on another level! All around the experience was so nice and the location is great if you want to walk around and explore maybe get you some food maybe some boba! There's a convenience store very close to the location! Really nice
Lovely comfortable apartment. as described, so no surprises,. Small but very functional kitchen, lovely sharp knives. quiet and an easy walk to McArthur Station. Plenty of room to spread out. Everything is spotlessly clean.
Great clean, quiet, comfortable and cheap option away from the craziness of SF. New hotel with great rooms and a lovely little bar area for snacks/drinks in the evening. Very convenient for the BART, so getting into SF was no problem.
Loved the interior design and the relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was nice. Continental cold breakfast but lots of variety.
