The lady at the front desk did a great job. When we got there the power was out so we couldn't check in. When the power came back on she had a long list of people to check in and she got it handled fast and professionally.

    location was great, free and safe parking but you have to know your designated parking spot. process for key pick up is smart and practical. host response to inquiry online very fast. size of the apartment is great for a couple. it is almost very well equipped with what you need. restaurants and convenience stores nearby by walk.

    The room is spacious, clean. The design of the entire hotel is very pleasing, including the contemporary art exhibition. It has a nice restaurant and bar with great wine selection, very lively place. The staff is very helpful and polite, the best asset. The location is fine, not in the centre but easily accessible either on foot (about 20 minutes) or by tram.

    Loved the pool area with all the cabanas, the attached coffee shop (Cartel Coffee - tasty concoctions), the whimsical & colorful mid-century interior design, my balcony and the record collection & record player in the room.

    Found Re is a great boutique hotel. It is conveniently located, has great, friendly staff, and the rooms are well-designed. Beds are comfortable. They have artwork exhibits and art in each room. Breakfast was great in the separate, connected restaurant, and there was an active lobby bar with good night life. The neighbourhood feels residential, even though it is located downtown.
