The Breakfast location was very nice; great coffee maker available 24 hrs. The lady who ran the breakfast was very helpful and cheery. To be honest, altho the setting was nice, there was nothing different about this breakfast than any other "free " breakfast at othe rplaces. It looks like the egg omelette is made from powdered eggs. Why serve Pork sausages when you could serve turkey which taste better and are healthier. For an IHG hotel, you could do better.

These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Staff was very welcoming and efficient checking in. I requested a higher floor and they were able to accommodate me, which was wonderful. Whoever designed the space had beautiful taste. It was up to date and extremely comfortable. The bedding was luxurious and I loved the selection of pillows!! Extremely clean and the soaping amenities were great. Loved having the Starbucks downstairs and the gal who served me couldn't be more efficient and friendly. The food I ordered from the Bistro was extremely good. Will be back!!!
Convenient spot in Pocatello. I was purchasing a car in town, and was comfortable and able to get around easily before I picked it up! The hotel isn't fancy, but the staff was nice, and the room was both larger and more comfortable than I'd expected. I'd happily stay here again, particularly when I'm on a budget.
Lovely room had plenty of space. Very clean. Good breakfast. Good location very quiet. Close to restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Would stay here again.
This is a lovely hotel, well designed with nicely appointed rooms. On-going coffee and tea availability in the lobby, along with lfresh fruit made this a very desirable destination.
The breakfast offerings were extensive, including hot and cold food, fruit, yogurt, baked goods, waffles, chocolate milk.
The pool and hot tub were welcome after a long drive.
The coolest hotel I've ever stayed in! We were in the wild west room and every detail was amazing. We got a breakfast delivery basket which was a nice surprise. The staff were so friednly on arrival and really made the experience.
The room design was just great, we were in the Western room, and really everything is designed like that - saloon doors, a shower within a watering can etc. Really cool. The room was cooled down when we arrived, unlike the hotel before - and this was very appreciated given the 105 degrees outside. We liked it!
