Location was good for what I needed to do…didn’t like the resort fee being imposed when I had not used any of it. An industry scam that should be called out.

The interior design is nice as is found with all Pali hotels. The location was good for us. We only visited as a one night stop over to break up a long drive south. The valet parking guys were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to accomodate us. Considering they only needed to help pack our car they were very kind!

Good interior design, very friendly staff, always ready to help. Good bed and duvet, well designed bathroom. We were not told that room service is only performed by request and received a nice apology for this and a free beer. The speak easy bar in the basement was good and served excellent cocktails. But it would have been good if there had been access directly from the hotel, at least for hotel guests.
