Everything, the room was cozy and clean, there was a great view from the lobby, they make homemade cookies everyday for guests to enjoy and the staff was very friendly. They had one of the best continental breakfasts I've had a hotel.

Overlooking the town of Prescott, Arizona, this resort and spa offers stunning views of the Prescott Valley and surrounding mountains as well as an exciting casino and luxurious guest rooms.

Bed was very uncomfortable, it was on almost to the floor on a boxspring only. Fold out couch very uncomfortable and worn out also.

Location was good. The room was nicely designed. Very good cooling and heating units. WiFi. Cute fireplace. Drop box for keys if you need to leave earlier than open time.

The cottage was very cute and in a quiet location. It was very private with a restaurant across the street. But I used the kitchen for coffee, breakfast and easy dinners. I found it very relaxing and homey. There was adequate towels, sheets, kitchenware and TV in both living room and bedroom. It was more relaxing than staying in a hotel/motel. The courtyard would have been lovely with warmer weather.

The hotel is very neat and historic. They have a lovely restaurant and lounge that had live music at night. The front desk people were very nice and even offered us water bottles for our stay.

the design of this house was made with love, there is everything for a comfortable life, as if you were at home. I liked the spirit of this place, it’s even a pity that we were here only one night. In terms of price-comfort, a guest house is much better than a hotel. and no fee for a pet!

I love the staff. Sue was especially accommodating and was able to help me with my needs. I observed a first snowfall; it’s so lovely to see the snow falling in the courtyard from the balcony in the winter. What a beautiful treat!

Loved that the house kept its Victorian design! The layout of the home welcomed us to feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc., coffee machines, and little details that made you feel like you went home to Grandma's house for the weekend with friends. Such a fun and lovely time! The yard in the front and the yard in the back made for a wonderful family gathering. Would highly recommend it to those who are looking for a great, spacious & functional, clean and homey place to stay!
