Beautiful, easy to access location. The room itself was pretty clean and well designed. The bed was comfy and I felt very at home.

I was happy with how close it was to convention center. The price was budgetable and the staff was very polite.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they were always smiling and decorated the lobby for the holiday season, making it warm and inviting even though it would have been a naturally dark space by the building design. Some aspects of the hotel were old, like some of the carpet, furniture, and fixtures, but everything was clean, and my room was fresh and not stuffy. Plus, all of the lights in my room actually worked, which never seems to happen when I stay in a hotel.

Front desk staff were gracious, room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was lovely to allow us a late checkout. King bed was comfy, with plenty of pillows, and a powerful AC unit to cool down the room. The location is fantastic, with lots of restaurants and services nearby, and Ubers/taxis readily available.
